On August 19, 2025, at Stavian Group’s headquarters (Century Tower, Hanoi), in alignment with the historic nationwide infrastructure development initiative in which 250 projects were simultaneously launched across 34 provinces and cities, Stavian Group and Viettel Construction Joint Stock Corporation (Viettel Construction) signed a Memorandum of Understanding on business cooperation and a construction contract for the Administration Building at Stavian Hung Yen Industrial Cluster. This event marks the beginning of a comprehensive partnership between two of Vietnam’s leading enterprises, reaffirming their credibility and capabilities in industry, construction and technological infrastructure.
Stavian Group and Viettel Construction signed MOU for strategic cooperation
Stavian Group is a large-scale multinational industrial–technological and commercial conglomerate, with an ecosystem of over 20,000 customers and partners in more than 100 countries and territories. Stavian Group operates more than 10 manufacturing plants, over 40 logistics centers, 30 global branches and recorded nearly USD 3 billion in revenue in 2024. Viettel Construction – a core subsidiary that laid the foundation for the Viettel Group’s development – is a multi-sector corporation with execution capacity spanning the entire infrastructure value chain, from telecommunications and construction to energy and integrated technical maintenance services. With a pioneering spirit in digital transformation and sustainable growth, Viettel Construction is steadily asserting its leadership not only in Vietnam but also in regional markets.
Under the MOU, the two parties will pursue long-term cooperation across key areas, including: civil construction and the supply chain of metal materials; renewable energy development; financial and trade collaboration; leveraging the global partner ecosystem; research and application of information technology, digital transformation and smart management solutions in operations and logistics; as well as the development of high-quality green metal products that meet international environmental standards.
Stavian Group and Viettel Construction signed construction contract for the Administration Building of Stavian Hung Yen Industrial Cluster
This cooperation aims not only to harness the strengths, resources and reputation of both parties to expand markets and enhance project efficiency, but also carries strategic significance in three major aspects:
- Integration of industrial–infrastructural value chains: Stavian Group, through its core subsidiary Stavian Industrial Metal Joint Stock Company (Stavian Industrial Metal), will supply industrial metal materials (steel, aluminum, copper, zinc) for B2B projects where Viettel Construction serves as general contractor, both domestically and internationally. At the same time, Stavian Industrial Metal will expand solutions for supplying metal materials to Viettel Construction’s B2C client network. Meanwhile, Viettel Construction will undertake the design and construction of infrastructure, factories and warehouses across over 5,000 hectares of Stavian Group’s industrial zones, as well as deploying telecommunications and technology infrastructure for these projects, based on principles of transparency and efficiency.
- Promotion of green industry and sustainable energy: Stavian Industrial Metal and Viettel Construction will jointly research, invest and engage deeply in renewable energy projects, energy storage systems for telecommunications infrastructure and the development of eco-friendly industrial metal products, aiming to contribute to emission reduction and support Vietnam’s national goal of achieving net-zero emissions by 2050.
- Strengthening international competitiveness: Stavian Industrial Metal will collaborate in international bidding consortia, leveraging both parties’ combined strengths in supply capacity, construction, technology and global partner ecosystems to enhance project quality, progress and financial performance, thereby elevating the global presence of Vietnamese brands.
