On October 10th, 2025, the first High-Level Session of the Vietnam Private Economy Landscape (ViPEL), organized by the Advisory Council for Administrative Procedure Reform of the Prime Minister’s Office (Advisory Board IV), took place at the National Convention Center in Hanoi Capital. The session was attended and directed by the Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh, gathering around 500 delegates, including leaders of the Government, ministries, local authorities, business associations, and the private sector.

Representing Stavian Group, Mr. Ben Nguyen Duc Ha – Member of the Board of Directors, joined private sector leaders to share insights and initiatives that promote the spirit of “Public–Private Co-Nation Building”, contributing to the vision of a strong and prosperous Vietnam.

Officially launched in September 2025, ViPEL aims to unite private enterprises across diverse industries and scales to form a sustainable public–private cooperation ecosystem. Its operational framework includes an Executive Council and four Specialized Committees:

  • Committee 1 – Emerging Technologies and Innovation;
  • Committee 2 – Infrastructure Development and Industries with National Competitive Advantage;
  • Committee 3 – Industry, Manufacturing, and Processing;
  • Committee 4 – Human Resource and Service Development.

With an ecosystem spanning five core business sectors: industrial production, high technology, industrial infrastructure development, energy transition, and trading & investment, Stavian Group is positioned to participate in Committee 3, contributing to shaping and advancing Vietnam’s manufacturing and processing industries – key drivers of the national economy.

Today, Vietnam’s private sector plays an increasingly vital role, contributing nearly 45% of national GDP, accounting for over 40% of total social investment, and creating jobs for about 85% of the workforce. It also represents 35% of total imports and 25% of total exports. Stavian Group’s participation in ViPEL reflects our commitment to accompany the Government and the private business community in developing practical policy recommendations and sustainable growth solutions, fostering a more dynamic and resilient economy.

With our pioneering mindset and sustainable development vision, Stavian Group will continue to collaborate with the Government and private enterprises to realize the shared aspiration of building a strong and prosperous Vietnam.
